MAPA is a performance created on the research of stories of resistance and evasion in countries and territories at war, of occupied or exiled people, with a special focus on the feminine and children's universes. Created from original texts, oral poetry by Afghan women, a poem by Eduardo Galeano, music and sounds from various cultures in Africa and the Middle East, drawings by children from Darfur and other visual materials, it seeks to reflect on the concepts of territory and frontier, of belonging and freedom.
